Returns and Refunds

Volux allows exchanges and refunds within 14 days of delivery of the item. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges of the purchased item with another item.

The return or exchange procedure requires the customer to return the item to our warehouse (the address will be provided at the beginning of the procedure) and the costs will be borne by the customer.

The refund or sending of a new item will take place once the returned item is examined to make sure it is not damaged.

In the event that the items are damaged and this results in a request for a refund or exchange, these will be settled immediately at no additional cost and without the need to return the item.
